Covid 19 Guests Health and Safety

In light of the Novel Coronavirus ( covid—19 ) situation, we have implemented stringent precautionary operational measures to safeguard the well-being of our guests and colleagues.

You will notice several changes around our property and we thankyou for your understanding during this time.

Increased Cleaning and Sanitization

Our room cleaning protocol has been strengthened , including extra disinfection of all high touch room and bathroom areas.
Hand sanitizer is available at multiple entry points.
Compendiums and unnecessary items have been removed from rooms.
Remotes for TV’s and air conditioners have been placed in heat sealed packaging.
All crockery and cutlery is washed in a dishwasher. Cutlery has been placed in sealed bags.
Thorough deep cleaning airing and resting of rooms is attended to on guest check out.

Reduced Services

It has been necessary for us to reduce some of our services.
To limit potential exposure to Covid 19 we have suspended daily servicing of occupied guest rooms . If additional guest room amenities are required, they are available on request.
Longer stay guest rooms are serviced at a predetermined day and time. Guests are requested to not be present in the room during servicing.
